At Sunset Pilates Academy, our curriculum is aligned with the standards of the National Pilates Certification Program (NPCP)—one of the most respected third-party certification bodies in the global Pilates industry.
This alignment ensures that our training meets international competency standards for professional Pilates instructors and prepares students directly for the NPCP certification examination.

Prerequisites
This program is designed for serious practitioners. Prospective students are required to have:
- check_circle Strong passion for Pilates and a deep desire to learn.
- check_circle Good physical health condition.
- check_circle Minimum 6 month of consistent Pilates practice (Mat & Apparatus).
- check_circle Ability to fully commit to the 6-month program duration.
Course Objectives

Global Exam Prep Equipping students with the knowledge to pass the NPCP international certification exam.
Mastery Mastering functional anatomy, injury handling, and advanced teaching techniques. Specialized in injury and rehabilitation.
Course Requirements
To maintain the quality of graduates, we apply strict graduation standards:
- check_circle Complete a total of 780 comprehensive training hours.
- check_circle Pass the Mid-term Exam for Mat certification (theory, presentation, and fundamental teaching practice).
- check_circle Pass the Final Exam to earn the Comprehensive Teachers Training Certificate.
