Sunset Pilates Academy Bali provides professional Pilates education, certification programs, workshops, and related wellness services.

As a training-based service provider, our Terms & Conditions are tailored to reflect:

• Educational commitments
• Physical activity participation
• Booking and payment structures
• Certification requirements

1. Eligibility

Participants must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent to enroll in any program.

2. Bookings & Payments

• All bookings are confirmed upon receipt of a deposit or full payment.
• Payment methods may include bank transfer, online payment, or other approved methods.
• Fees are non-transferable unless otherwise agreed.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

• Deposits are generally non-refundable.
• Refunds (if applicable) are subject to the Academy’s cancellation policy.
• Rescheduling may be permitted based on availability.

4. Health & Responsibility

• Participants acknowledge that Pilates involves physical activity.
• You confirm that you are in suitable health condition to participate.
• The Academy is not liable for injuries resulting from participation unless caused by proven negligence.

5. Program Changes

The Academy reserves the right to:

• Modify schedules, instructors, or course content
• Reschedule sessions due to unforeseen circumstances
• Cancel programs with prior notice

6. Certification

Certificates are awarded only upon:

• Completion of required training hours
• Passing assessments (if applicable)
• Full payment of program fees

7. Intellectual Property

All materials, content, videos, and training manuals provided are the intellectual property of Sunset Pilates Academy Bali and may not be copied, distributed, or reused without written permission.

8. Code of Conduct

Participants are expected to:

• Respect instructors and fellow students
• Maintain professionalism during sessions
• Follow all Academy rules and guidelines

Failure to comply may result in removal from the program without refund.

9. Account Suspension or Termination

The Academy reserves the right to suspend or terminate participation if:

• There is a violation of these Terms
• Disruptive or inappropriate behavior occurs
