IMMERSIVE 4-WEEK TRAINING
Detailed guide on program structure, curriculum, tuition fees, and international certification requirements at Sunset Pilates Academy.
OVERVIEW
Why choose the Immersive 4 Week program?
The Pilates industry commonly distinguishes between two broad approaches: Classical and Contemporary. This program prepares students to understand and teach principles from both, allowing graduates to develop into versatile instructors capable of working in a variety of professional settings.
Beyond learning exercises and technique, the training places strong emphasis on developing effective teaching skills. Students learn how to observe movement, communicate clearly, and adapt instruction to meet the individual needs of different clients.
A key focus of the program is the development of neuromuscular coordination and the mind-body connection required for efficient movement. Students explore how the nervous system influences movement quality and how this understanding supports more effective teaching.
